The room here is super clean and has a nice breeze, with cozy beds, fans, and even a balcony for chillaxing. the staff is really friendly and always ready to help out, and the food they serve is top-notch! 🌟

Smooth check in and late check out. Brand-new and great-sized rooms with a safe, a hair dryer and a writing desk. Perfect and excellent location away from main tourist spots, and 10 minute walk from a bustling seafront park.

The staff members were helpful and useful. the hotel offers city views. - Great central location within walking distance to restaurants and bars. - A really lovely stay for holidays.

The hotel is in a very convenient location - near the beach, local bus stops but about 5 small city blocks from the airport bus station. Free internet (finally!)

Not sure if it was the island or our room, but it was very damp. Opening the windows didn't seem to help.

Read reviews from other travellers which described the hotel as excellent value for money. Indeed it was. Room was quite large and very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Its location: quite far from the old town but bus sevices are good

The hotel is located in a safe area and has an ideal location very close to one of the best urban beaches in Europe. There is also a bus service available to the Old Town, City Centre, and bus station. Guests can enjoy reasonably priced food at the beach restaurant nearby.

The informations about the location - We didn't know that there was no real attraction in Las Palmas, we had to go all the way through the south for that

The hotel's location is exceptional, right in front of the sea with easy access to the beach. the hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops, making it an ideal starting point to explore the surrounding area.

It is located in the center of the town, very close to the beach an to the commercial center.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. the location was perfect, being very close to the beach and restaurants. the room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious wardrobe and a TV. the bathroom was nicely tiled and the shower was great. the staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. the breakfast served in the hotel bar was adequate and set us up nicely for the day. We also enjoyed the view from our window overlooking the busy street and the waves of the Atlantic.

The wifi was very slow in our room.

Good location less than 100m from Playa de Las Canteras. It's about a 5 minute walk from Parque Santa Catalina from where you can get buses to the rest of city. The hotel itself is modern and well maintained with friendly, helpful staff. The wi-fi worked fine and there was a safe in the room large enough for all but most ludicrously sized laptop. Unlike some other hotels in this area you don't have to pay extra for the safe and as it is electronic you don't get lumbered with a huge key to carry around (yes Hotel Concorde, I'm looking at you).

There is a fair amount of traffic noise but then that is pretty much unavoidable in Las Palmas. With the windows closed it shouldn't keep you awake. I wasn't overly impressed with the food the one night I ate in the restaurant but that isn't really a problem as there are plenty of other places to eat within a short distance. So don't be lazy - go out to eat.
